Drawing on his tech-savvy background and love of entertaining others through food, Louis uncovered a gap in the market: curry puffs, his all-time favorite snack, were generally inaccessible or difficult to find by most Americans. This insight sparked the idea to sell traditional curry puffs frozen and distribute them nationwide. But creating the perfect curry puff wasn’t enough —he saw it as a platform to not only bring untold stories of Asian cuisine, but all cuisines. With that, Secondz was born.
