Meet Chef Herbert Lee

Chef Herbert Lee is a classically trained chef and graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, with over 20 years of professional experience spanning fine dining, luxury hospitality, and culinary education.

He has honed his craft in the acclaimed kitchens of Electric Lemon (Equinox Hotel, New York City), The Waterbar (San Francisco), Salt (The Ritz-Carlton, Florida), and The Circular Dining Room (Hershey Hotel, Pennsylvania), where he mastered the art of multi-course tasting menus, food and beverage pairings, and live cooking demonstrations.

Driven by a deep respect for seasonality, sustainability, and farm-to-fork cooking, Chef Herbert blends technical precision with artistic expression.
